The Shadow Tick
This build is very fun to use in both PvP and PvE, and i have found that i can use it to advantage in both. The only downside is that you need both prophecies and factions to play this build.
Class used- N/A
Attributes-
15-16 blood magic
15-16 Soul Reaping
skills-
1. Rez Signet
2. Recall
3. Deaths Charge
4.Offering of Blood
5. Vampiric Bite
6. Vampiric Touch
7. Vampiric Gaze
8. Wallows Bite
Preferred wep- A weapon that halves casting time and recharge of blood magic spells is ideal for this, but you should also have one that grants +e, so that you have at least 40 e. I prefer to use milthurans staff for this build.
For the most effective way to employ this build, cast recall early on a caster who will stay in the back, behind the front lines, then use deaths charge to shadow step to your chosed target- i warn you now, do not shadow step to a tank, as he may have something unpleasant such as skull crack waiting for you. Only face a tank at full health and energy, or at least close to it. When you reach your target, quickly put them at a disadvantage by casting vampiric bite and touch in rapid succession, then use offering of blood and do it again, and again, until their health is about 1/4 of the way down- if you run into trouble, end recall and cast vampiric gaze, and make a judgement call on whether to stay or not, but i have only found myslef in that position once. Most of the time i can take on just about anyone. The best place to use this is probably either HA, or TA, but it works well in AB as long as the guy you attached recall to doesnt go too far and end the enchantment so that you fly halfway across the field.

I do it all the time, and I very rarely die while doing it. I do have a sup vig whenever i do though, so that helps, but ive also tried it without, and as long as you dont run afoul of some really nasty degen your fine.

Not if you know what your doing.
2 Superior runes (-75hp each) = -150hp
Max Hale staff head (+30hp) + Max fortitude mod (+30hp) + Superior Vigor (+50hp) = +110hp
-150hp + 110hp = -40hp
Total HP Lost = -40hp
I really don't see what the problem is.

I don't really see what the point is - I don't see the benefit of sacrificing an extra 75 hp just to gain 3 extra energy per death. Unless you're actually using a Soul Reaping elite, a superior Soul Reaping rune just isn't useful enough.
NOTE: Milthuran's Staff gives bonuses to blood magic spells, not skills. Your two main damage dealers, Bite and Touch, won't benefit from it.

either way, they recharge instantly and cast almost as fast. the build loks good could use IMO some safe long distance attacks. personally i dont mind not having them but ive seen some nasty enemies and worse players, so i try and stay a safe distance away. besides nothing tells a dumb player to rush you like a rang spell, then unload your bites and touches, and they run away scared or fall over dead.

Ill try to work out something like that lapsus. This may sound slightly stupid Rancour, but i never actually noticed they were skills before... I suppose THATS why they are immune to spellbreaker and the like, lol.

Nah, it's not stupid. I didn't know for a long time, but others take advantage of it. Ever heard of a Touch Ranger?
Rangers have Expertise which lowers the energy cost of all non-spells; Including Vampiric Touch and Bite, because these are skills. It's highly annoying to some people and I personally think they should be changed to spells.
